Second Term Obama is First Term Obama with Democrat Congress to the Nth degree. He's unpredictable because he has grown a pair. That's because BHO no longer has to worry about re-election. While they dramatically oppose every single piece of legislation the White House gets behind, Teapublicans can't seem to locate enough votes to override Second Term Obama's veto.
2nd Term Obama is so unpredictable, this Comrade might even smoke him a blunt or two when he's at fundraisers in California & puff, puff pass the roach around to top donors. The gray hair is gone & he's got his mojo back!
2nd Term Obama does all kinds of good shit like serving up pardons for Governor Don Siegelman & Suge Knight who he names the new head of the Secret Service. DC will never be the same. It's war bitches!
